You may still place your order. We will email you the shipping cost and the best available option after receiving it — please do not pay immediately after placing the order:
- Destinations not currently supported
- Orders with a total weight over 7kg
- Orders containing large / bulky items
- Destinations with no service available for that weight range
Note for overseas buyers
Please make sure your selected items do not contain any prohibited dangerous goods, such as batteries or alcohol. A 5% handling fee applies to any refund related to this issue.
Terms and Conditions
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure in delivering the Product(s) caused by or resulting from accidents, traffic conditions, weather conditions or any other causes beyond our scope of control.
If you need to make any amendments to your order (such as delivery address, delivery time or adding items), please inform us at least 1 working day in advance of the agreed delivery date and time (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
If for any reason we find it necessary to amend the delivery date, we will notify you of the amended date as soon as possible. The delivery date is only our best estimate. Under no circumstances shall we be liable for any advancement or delay in the delivery date (for whatever reason and whether or not you have been notified).
If you are unable to collect your products within 30 days after the order confirmation email is received, or you have not provided us with sufficient or precise delivery instructions, without affecting any other rights or indemnity and at our sole and absolute discretion, we may:
(i) keep the related products until actual delivery, and charge you a reasonable storage fee (including any insurance cost incurred); or
(ii) cancel your order and charge you any additional expenses and losses caused by insufficient or inaccurate information, or your failure to receive the products; or
(iii) dispose of the unclaimed products in any way without any obligation or liability to you.
We shall be deemed to have properly performed all obligations under the contract upon delivery or collection, and the products delivered shall be deemed to be of satisfactory quality.
All risks in the products shall pass to you upon the products being delivered to the delivery address or collected. We retain ownership of the products until all related payments have been received.
