K3’s shops offer Pickup Service. WE ONLY ACCEPT RESERVATION DUE TO COVID-19.
While shopping in our online shop, you can go to the check-out page and select SHOP PICKUP for self pick-up.

Which items can I order online for Shop Pickup?

Most of our products are available for ordering online and for Shop Pickup. Few of our products are dispatched directly from the supplier. If you select the self pick up service, we will inform you the pickup schedule when it arrive to our shop.

Can you ship my online order to multiple designated addresses?

Currently we can only ship to a single address per order. For multiple addresses, you can use “My Wishlist” function to save products first and then place an additional order to a different address.

Is there any delivery charges for an online order?

The delivery fee will be displayed on the checkout page, and you can also choose “Freight collect”.

After order confirmation, when can I receive the product?

What kind of identifying documents do I need to show when picking up my items?

You need to show the invoice for verification and your credit card. If you fail to provide this information, K3 has the right to refuse your pick up.
